Good question, and to be clear I’m not saying the solution we came up with was wrong, just that it wasn’t necessarily the best (at least in retrospect). If you subscribe to the idea (as I do) that product management isn’t just about delivering a finished solution, but it’s it’s also about trying to deliver the best possible solution given a number of constraints, that’s where I think we failed.
